Naked in an ice hole...Brrrrr!

Cold snowy winter in Russia is not the best time for enjoying outdoors, and even more so for skinny-dipping. Think again, if you have a banya at your disposal! Heat up in the steam room, cool down in the frozen river, repeat. It's so much fun and is supposed to train your cardiovascular system too.
